COMMUNITY NOTICE

Effective Monday, March 10th, Patriot Disposal will resume regular yard waste  collections, with the following limitations: 

Yard Waste Collection 

Fairfax County residents will have yard waste collection resume on their regularly  scheduled yard waste pickup day. 

  • All yard waste must be placed in paper bags or in a rigid container clearly marked “yard waste.” Yard waste in plastic bags will not be picked up. 
  • Bundles or loose branches placed at the curb will not be picked up. 
  • Residents are limited to a maximum of 5 bags of yard waste per home per pickup. 

As a reminder, unaccepted materials include tree stumps, food waste, lumber,  treated wood, pallets, sawdust, dirt, mulch and sod. Please do not mix any of  these materials in with your yard waste.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

QUARTERLY ASSESSMENT

The 2025 annual Homeowners assessment is $920.00. The Board has made provisions for payments to be made in quarterly increments of $230.00, payable on the first day of January, April, July, and October.

A $25.00 LATE FEE IS CHARGED IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE 10th DAY OF THE MONTH IN THE QUARTER IN WHICH IT IS DUE.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

Towing:

Trash Service:

MONDAY & THURSDAY – place trash out after 8:30 pm the night before pick-up or by 6:00 am on the morning of pick-up.

No trash bags, all trash must be in a trashcan with a secure lid. 

Yard waste must be in PAPER bags and/or trashcan marked “Yard Waste” and picked up on Saturday (place yard waste out by 6 am). 

WEDNESDAY – Recycling: place recycling out after 8:30 pm the night before pick-up or by 6:00 am the morning of pick-up. Recycling must be clean and glass is not acceptable.

Monthly Board Meeting:

Virtually on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7 PM

Shed Guidelines
  • Maximum Shed Size: 8’x6′
  • Vinyl or Aluminum Exterior
  • Architectural and Environmental Control Committee (AECC) approval required via submission of proposed shed on a Request for Improvements Form (RFIF). Completed form to be sent to Northern Virginia Management office.
