INSURANCE & CLAIMS

Northern Virginia Management, Inc. will review Sample Homeowners Association’s current insurance policies to insure that adequate coverage is maintained. Northern Virginia Management, Inc.’s primary areas of concern are property damage, bodily injury, personal damage, and directors’ and officers’ liability. In the case of insurance claims, Northern Virginia Management, Inc. will work closely with the Board to ensure that insurance claims are valid, accurate, and filed promptly.
